What does this really mean? Most people have not planned for what could or may happen in the future. That’s where I can help. In my initial complimentary consultation, I’d like to get to know you, your family, your concerns about your future. When we are getting to more about each other, I learn more about your assets and your priorities. We will then discuss and learn about advance health care directives, financial power of attorney, wills, trusts, and more. I’ll demonstrate these concepts by using what I’ve learned about you to make it real for you so you will be able to visualize what would happen to your loved ones if something would happen to you. We’ll then discuss what you think best fits your needs and then develop an action plan and cost so that you will have these details at the beginning to help guide us through the process.
Even if you’re not thinking about your future, have you thought of the young adults you’ve sent or are sending away to college? Or do you live with a significant other and have you thought about what might happen to them in an emergency? Do they have family nearby?
While these questions do not often arise in our minds, they are something I think about and can advise you on how to prepare your child for college and to be there in case something happens. If you have a significant other you’re with, I can advise on ways to be there for them in case of an emergency and what could happen.
I’m here to help you put your estate plan in place to guide you through what could happen in life and to take care of your loved ones – your children, family and friends.
