Dear Prospective Client,
I’m so honored that you’ve viewed my website and want to get to know more about what I can do to help you. I’m grateful to have the opportunity to join the community in sharing my knowledge and experience.
In starting LMC Law, I wanted to be client-focused offering you with individualized, personal service to answer your legal questions. By using this model, it is just me for now so that I can provide high attention to detail and produce a quality product that meets your needs.
When you hear the phone ring, you’ll hear my voice and be able to ask me your questions or concerns. We’ll be able to talk about solutions and plans for moving forward. My goal is to provide quality legal services within our community. By doing that, I hope that more people will understand how an attorney can help them through all their life’s moments – buying a first home, having your first child, moving into a larger home and renting the first, growing your family, buying a cabin, watching your family grow, sending a child to college, saying goodbye to a loved one, downsizing, planning for retirement, and then educating your loved ones on your departure. Watching you and your family make your dreams come true inspires me.
Throughout my life, I’ve had many of these moments. Growing up in Fraser, Michigan, I loved the outdoors, school and being involved in the community. From a young age, I guess you could call me a “Yes Girl.” I never missed an opportunity. I probably drove my parents’ crazy with all the chauffeuring they had to do. But, in a flash, I was probably driving myself and there I went! My mom always said “you can do anything you put your mind to.” I took that to heart and put my mind to it. I attended Michigan State University from 2004-2007 then went on to Vermont Law School from 2007-2011.
Wow, time flies! I grew up so quick. It feels like yesterday that I was telling my mom what I wanted to be when I grew up for her scrapbook where she kept all my photos and report cards. After graduating with my law degree from Vermont Law School, I moved out to Alaska to try to establish myself out there.
However, life doesn’t always turn out the way you expect so I ventured back to Vermont and started working at a general practice firm in Barre, Vermont. After enjoying three years with the firm, I decided to experience something different so I moved to a real estate firm in Colchester, Vermont, where I was able to continue to grow. While there, I met a special someone and his adorable dog (yep – we met through our dogs on Leddy Beach), lost a beloved dog of 12 years to cancer, moved into a new home, and then we brought a new puppy into our lives. Throughout the years, I’ve grown as a person and as a professional. I’ll continue to help others as others have helped me along my journey.
